Who are we
Clarify People is a trading style of Clarify IT Ltd who offer customised IT training solutions to businesses in the Hampshire area. We created Clarify People to help businesses to recruit, develop and retain their staff. Clarify People is headed up by Chris Butcher, who is a qualified advisor and assessor for Investors in People, the national standard that provides a good practice framework to link people development to business improvement. Chris uses his 18 years experience of working with businesses and their people issues to provide appropriate recommendations and support to clients regardless of company size, sector and maturity. Chris is also a member of the British Institute of Consulting. He has been directly involved with the Investors in People (IIP) Standard since 1990 and has carried out in excess of 600 assessments and reviews. Chris is also on a National Register of practitioners, which is maintained by Quality South East. |

Chris has developed our free on-line staff survey. He will be analysing and delivering the results to the Company Contact along with recommendations based on his experience. |
